Delete your Nysmah account
You can delete your account whenever you like. It is permanent: once deleted, the account cannot be reopened.
What we keep after deletion is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Delete it yourself
It takes a minute, on the website or in the app.
On nysmah.com
- Sign in, open My Account and choose Profile.
- Under “Closing your account”, choose Delete My Account.
- Confirm with Yes, Delete.
In the Nysmah app
- Open the Account tab and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm with Delete.
Go to my profile
You will be asked to sign in first if you are not already.
Ask us to delete it
No longer have the app, or cannot sign in? Message us from the email address or phone number on the account. We delete it for you and confirm by email.
